Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Primary)Part-Time Teaching Assistant - Primary SchoolSANZA Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming primary school in the Kennington area that is looking to appoint two part-time Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Year 3 and Year 5.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with relevant experience supporting children who is passionate about helping pupils develop confidence, engagement and academic progress within a supportive school environment.Role DetailsPosition: Teaching AssistantWorking Pattern: Part-time, Monday to FridayHours: 8:30am to 1:00pm (term time only)Location: Kennington areaPay: 67 per shiftTransport Links: Easily accessible via the Northern Line and local bus routesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide classroom support to the class teacher and pupils across the school day.Support pupils who may require additional guidance with learning activities.Encourage participation in lessons, group activities and social interaction.Help promote positive relationships, confidence and engagement within the classroom.Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing.Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will:Have previous experience working with children in a school, educational or similar setting.Demonstrate a calm, patient and positive approach when supporting pupils.Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Be reliable, professional and committed to ..... full job details .....
