This maternity cover position begins in September 2025, working 2 days per week, and will last for 1 year.This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Music teacher to deliver engaging and creative lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a school that values arts education as a key part of its curriculum.Job Role Requirements:Teach Music across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire creativity and musical growth.Encourage students to participate in extra-curricular musical activities such as choirs, instrumental ensembles, and school productions.Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the musical life of the school.Provide regular feedback to students and contribute to assessments and reporting.Qualifications and Person Specification:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas teaching qualification.A relevant degree in Music or Music Education.Strong subject knowledge and practical musicianship skills.Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting.Ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of students.A commitment to ..... full job details .....
