Our Central London project is our busiest over 200 guests visit each Saturday and around 60 guests have showers. We couldn t do it without our amazing team of 20+ volunteers each week. Role Summary We re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Service Delivery Shift Leader to coordinate and oversee the smooth running of our Central London project based in Tottenham Court Road WC2H. You ll be responsible for taking the lead on setting up the Saturday service, managing the volunteer team, and ensuring a respectful, welcoming experience for all our guests, for three Saturdays per month.
