      <description>Location: Worcester | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Temporary | Smile Education are looking for a Part Time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a larger 2 form entry school, The school are looking for someone strong who can work on a 1:1 basis or interventions with a variety of different needs.-  The role would be part time, either 2 full days a week or 5 mornings a week. It would be a long term position with the potential of going permanent with the school-   The Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant    Encouraging independence within the class and within students, being proactive  Develop and concentrate on building a relationship with the children, staff and family members.  Constant and consistent communication with the class teacher, regarding progress and potential methods of work.  Create a secure and positive environment for the child to learn and feel comfortable.
