      <description>Location: Tooting | Salary: &amp;pound;14.24 - &amp;pound;16.00/hour | Type: Contract | Job Title: Part-time Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant  Part-time Teaching Assistant (mornings only)    1:1 with SEN child in Reception    SEMH    SW17 (Wandsworth)    ASAP start   A lovely primary school in Wandsworth are looking for a dedicated learning support assistant to join them as soon as possible to support a pupil with SEN within Reception   The Role   In this role you will be working 1:1 with a child in Reception, so prior experience within EYFS is essential. This child has SEMH and has difficulty regulating emotions and can display some challenging behaviours (spitting, biting, destroying nurture rooms) when dysregulated. You will need to be experienced in managing challenging behaviours and be confident in managing a consistent provision for the child which is rooted in the school''s behaviour policy and the child''s individualised emotional regulation plan.   The role is mornings only from 9am to 1.30, Monday to Friday starting ASAP.
