Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff—both in person and over the phoneMaintain accurate school records for pupils and staff using SIMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Oversee the school admissions process, including managing enquiries, liaising with parents and local authority and maintaining accurate recordsProvide general admin and clerical support, including reception duties and school communicationsUpdate the school website and Facebook page and send texts and emailsAssist with basic financial tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoicesOversee dinner money and breakfast club paymentsCoordinate DBS checks and support with staff recruitment administrationManage mail and other day-to-day office tasks as requiredAbout the Candidate
