You will play an important role in helping to manage aftersales activity, schedule jobs, maintain records and support the resolution of customer issues. Key responsibilities as the Part Time Sales Coordinator Support the commercial project team with aftersales administration and process improvement. Plan and schedule aftersales jobs with outsourced partners. Respond to customer queries and help manage complaints through to resolution. Escalate technical issues where required. Maintain records, documents and compliance information. About you Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable dealing with competing priorities. Good Microsoft Office skills. Flexible, adaptable and a team player. Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
