Part-Time Sales Administrator Location: Alcester (On-Site) Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours per week) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum pro rata ( 20,000 - 22,400 pro rata equivalent)Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established business based in Alcester for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a varied administrative role and supporting a busy sales function. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales and operational processes while delivering a high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriatelyManaging and responding to email communicationsProviding administrative support to the sales teamProcessing vendor registrations and supplier requestsPreparing and issuing customer quotationsProcessing customer orders and raising purchase ordersCreating and issuing customer invoicesMonitoring deliveries and tracking outstanding ordersLiaising with suppliers and customers to resolve queriesSupporting with additional administrative tasks as requiredCandidate Requirements:Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office packages (Excel experience advantageous)Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectivelyStrong ..... full job details .....
