Part Time Residential Caretaker

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Part Time Caretaker to join a residential development. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and providing excellent service to residents.Hours: Monday to Friday / 8am to 1pm / 25 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:Carrying out day-to-day caretaking duties across the residential developmentEnsuring communal areas (internal and external) are kept clean, safe, and well presentedUndertaking basic maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. lighting, minor plumbing, painting)Managing waste and recycling areasConducting regular health and safety checks and reporting any issuesLiaising with residents, managing agents, and contractors in a professional mannerResponding to maintenance issues and emergencies as requiredSupporting the smooth running of the development at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in a caretaker, handyman, maintenance, or similar rolePractical and hands-on with good basic maintenance knowledgeStrong awareness of health and safety regulationsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyFriendly and approachable with good communication skillsWillingness to be flexible with working hours if requiredIf you are a dependable caretaker looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you.Jackson Sims Recruitment, specialists in Real Estate, covering Block and Estate Management, Property Management (AST), Build to Rent (BTR), Facilities ..... full job details .....
