Part Time Reprographics Assistant

Reprographics Assistant required to join our established client in what will be a term time only position working Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm. The pro rata salary will be -20,668, based on a full time equivalent salary of -25,297.

Candidates applying for this position will ideally have previous reprographics experience.

Duties:

• Operating reprographic equipment
• Assist users with special printing or copying needs
• Producing booklets, handbooks and newsletters
• Arrange for equipment repairs where necessary
• Digitisation of paper files to fulfil business needs
• Producing signs and notices

Experience required:

• Reprographics experience is highly desirable
• Enhanced DBS, or in agreement to have one carried out
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills, and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
