Part-Time Recruitment Administrator (10 Hours per Week) - Birmingham

Hours

• 10 hours per week
• 5:00pm to 10:00pm, two evenings per week
• Days to be agreed
• Training provided
• Immediate start available

About the Role

This is a varied administration role supporting candidate onboarding, staff attendance management, payroll administration, and general recruitment processes. You will play a key role in ensuring candidates are onboarded efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and operational requirements are met.

What We''re Looking For

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential
