Our client is seeking a part-time receptionist to carry out the following duties:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Booking meeting rooms
• Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy
• Taking inbound calls and transferring as appropriate
• Ordering and keeping stationery levels as required
• Dealing with the post
• Recording holiday
• General administration including helping with mail outs for internal departments
