Part Time Quantity Surveyor

One of the UKs largest property maintenance contractors in Hampshire is seeking a part time QS working on one of their many Hampshire County Council projects covering roofing works.

Responsibilities:

Measurement, pricing and evaluation of tenders

Cost management

CVR reporting and forecasting

Management and administration of sub-contractor accounts

Producing and submitting applications for payment
