The project involves the refurbishment of an established hotel and spa complex in Windsor, with the successful candidate primarily working from the client''s Bridgend office and making occasional visits to the Windsor site as required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background to join a live project on a flexible, part-time basis for approximately 11 months.
