Description
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Data entry.
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Handle payment runs and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
- Assist with month-end procedures, including ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Profile
A successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
