Part-Time Property Manager

Our client are looking for a compassionate, organised and proactive Property Manager/Resident Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of their independent living community. Working alongside the Manager, you will help provide a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment where residents can live independently with dignity and security. You will also deputise for the Manager during periods of absence and take part in an emergency on-call rota. Hours: Part-Time, Weds-Fri, 16.5 hours Key Responsibilities Assist with resident arrivals, departures and property allocations. Monitor the condition, safety and cleanliness of the estate. Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors. Carry out routine health and safety and compliance checks. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support the wellbeing and independence of residents. Respond to resident enquiries and welfare concerns, including safeguarding issues. Provide emergency out-of-hours support as part of the on-call rota. Key attributes Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. The ability to work independently and make sound decisions. An understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection. Excellent communication and people skills. A caring and professional approach when working with older and vulnerable people. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for on-call duties.
