Part-time Property Administrator - 25 hours a week Your new company Hays are working on an exciting new role for an organisation in Lichfield working as a Property Administrator. This role plays a key role in providing comprehensive administrative, financial, and coordination support across the Projects and Property function. This position supports a range of workstreams including asset management, capital projects, facilities management, and temporary accommodation. The role ensures accurate financial administration, effective reporting, and consistent support to managers across the service.Your new role Duties would include: Maintain and update the Tenancy Schedule, and associated records.Provide ongoing support to the Estates Senior Surveyor and Estates Technical Officer.Attend meetings (in person and via Microsoft Teams) and provide administrative support as required.Monitor and respond to enquiries via the shared property inbox.Raise purchase orders.Conduct monthly rent checks and ensure accuracy of records.Manage Estates credit card statements and associated processes.Liaise with utility providers on behalf of council properties.Support the Facilities team with workload tracking and reporting (e.g. spreadsheets).Provide general support across workplace and property-related functions as needed.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, contractors, and tenants.Compliance, Values and Governance.Promote and uphold ..... full job details .....
