Part-Time Project Administrator, Bath (temporary)

REED Business Support in Bath is excited to have won a new client with offices based in Bath in their search for a Part-Time Project Administrator. This is a temporary role starting on 6th July until the end of August / September£14.00 - £14.75Part-time - 22.5 hours per week This role is to support a small team and is crucial in delivering and developing a programme for support workers of friends and family.Day-to-day of the role:Support the Project Team in setting up both online and offline support interventions.Consult with staff, volunteers and participants to schedule activities, research and book venues, and liaise with attendees, volunteers and speakers.Ensure materials, forms, merchandise and refreshments are ordered, delivered on time and within budget and transported efficiently to venues.Manage data collection, storage, and reporting to ensure efficient and secure handling of participant and enquiry data.Gather stories, testimonials and images from beneficiaries, maintaining records of permissions for use.Organise and minute team meetings to ensure clarity of actions.Provide administrative support to the Project Team and attend events and course sessions to ensure smooth operation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Excellent administration and organisational skills.Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.Strong relationship-building skills with experience in data entry, monitoring and report generation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, ..... full job details .....
