Part Time Private Client Solicitor

Elite Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established law firm that is expanding its Private Client / Wills and Probate team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor seeking a part-time position within a supportive and well-structured department that values quality work, client care, and professional integrity.The PositionYou will take ownership of a varied private client caseload and work closely with an experienced team, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of AttorneyEstate administration from start to finishTrust administrationDeeds of Variation, family arrangements, and lifetime giftsTax and estate planning adviceThe Ideal CandidateYou will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years'' PQE in private client work and demonstrate:Strong interpersonal and client-facing skillsThe ability to work effectively within an established team environmentConfidence using case management systems and ITA professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approachA STEP qualification would be beneficial but is not a requirement.The FirmThis is a Lexcel-accredited practice, where exceptional client care is at the heart of everything they do.
