Are you a warm, organised, and professional individual who thrives in a client-focused environment We are seeking a Part-Time Practice Manager to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our clients thriving clinic.

This is a temporary role for now, as this is a new role, its a chance to try things out for everyone and make it your own!

  • Oversee the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from their first contact through to ongoing care.
  • Manage communications, support therapists, and maintain a calm, professional environment that reflects values of wellness and respect.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Manage bookings and client appointments
  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Address client queries and feedback with empathy and efficiency
  • Coordinate therapist schedules and optimise bookings
  • Maintain client records in line with GDPR
  • Monitor and order supplies
  • Provide day-to-day admin support
  • Resolve scheduling or operational issues
  • Facilitate communication between therapists and clients
  • Respond to messages across social platforms
