PPA Teacher (2 Days per Week) - Primary School, Druids HeathAspire People is seeking an experienced and confident Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath on a part-time basis. This long-term PPA role offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong classroom practitioner looking for consistency without the responsibility of planning.The Role:Wednesdays- Morning: Leadership cover across Years 2-6. Afternoon: PPA cover in Year 4.Thursdays- Alternate weeks: Full-day teaching in Year 3.OR Morning: Year 3 teaching. Afternoon: Delivering 1:1 interventions with Children in Care across Years 1, 2 and 3.We are looking for a skilled and adaptable teacher who: Has proven experience teaching across the primary age range. Is confident managing a variety of classes and year groups. Has strong behaviour management skills, particularly to support a challenging Year 4 class. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly. Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning.This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) due to the level of classroom experience required.What''s on Offer: Long-term role from September 2026 to August 2027.
