We are recruiting for a Part Time Payroll Co-ordinator to join a busy finance team based in Leeds. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a varied role, has excellent attention to detail and is confident managing payroll responsibilities in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will support the processing of both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all submissions and payroll related administration are completed accurately and within required deadlines. You will also provide support to employees with payroll queries and assist with wider finance administration where needed.Key Responsibilities:Process weekly payrollProcess monthly payrollComplete EPS submissions and HMRC reportingAnalyse weekly timesheet data and provide payroll related reportingManage Attachment of Earnings requirements and paymentsSupport annual P11D processing across the businessRespond to payroll and payslip queries from employeesProcess new starter and leaver information including P45 administrationProduce annual Gender Pay Gap reporting using internal systemsSubmit pension and union fee deductions to relevant bodiesSupport the wider finance team with ad hoc ..... full job details .....
