Description Part Time Payroll and HR Take ownership of the accurate administration of weekly and monthly payroll processes. Act as the main liaison with the external payroll provider, ensuring all payroll data is submitted accurately and within deadlines. Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and issues. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures. Administer employee benefits including pensions, life assurance, healthcare and other associated schemes. Support payroll audits and reporting requirements as required. HR Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Monitor and record employee absences, providing support and guidance to managers where appropriate. Assist with the review, maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures. Provide first-line support to managers on HR processes and employee relations matters. Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, agency liaison, interview scheduling and candidate communication. ..... full job details .....
