It s a hands-on role with real breadth perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and variety.You ll play a key role in ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, remains compliant, and continues to scale its impact.Key Duties include:Finance Managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial recordsProcessing income streams (including platforms like JustGiving and Stripe)Gift Aid administration and claimsPayroll coordination and HMRC submissionsProducing management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and audit-ready reportsManaging payment runs, expenses, and credit controlMaintaining ledgers, fixed asset registers, and banking systems Compliance Acting as the key contact for regulatory mattersManaging Charity Commission reporting and annual returnsEnsuring adherence to relevant laws, policies, and the organisation s governing framework HR ..... full job details .....
