Part Time Payroll and Benefits Manager Chertsey - Hybrid 25 Hours per week. 32,300 ( 48,000 FTE) This world-renowned brand based in Chertsey are seeking a part time Payroll Manager to join their team. You will be play a crucial role and will have full responsibility of a payroll of 200 employees. You will also manage the company bonus and commission pay as well as the administration for the company fleet and benefits. Responsibilities: Manage the full payroll cycle for 200 employeesCollect payroll data and accurately enter to the systemWork with the HR advisor to ensure payroll changes are approved and actionedLiaise with stakeholdersRespond to all payroll enquiries from employees within agreed timeframesManage leave and process accordinglyDistribute end of year and leaver documentsEnsure benefit data is inputted and payrolledManage and coordinate pensionsEnsure compliance is adhered to across all aspects of payrollWork closely with other teamsManage annual benefits renewalManage the administration related the fleet vehicles.
