Part Time Payroll
A well-established and friendly accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its growing team on a part-time basis, working three days per week.This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking for a flexible role within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing payroll services for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clientsCalculating salaries, wages, statutory payments, and deductionsManaging pension auto-enrolment and pension submissionsSubmitting RTI reports to HMRC and ensuring compliance with payroll legislationProcessing starters, leavers, and employee changesHandling payroll queries from clients and employees in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining accurate payroll records and documentationRequirementsPrevious payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice or bureau environmentStrong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and pension auto-enrolmentExperience using payroll software (Sage Payroll, BrightPay, Xero Payroll, or similar)Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and client-facing abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlinesWhat''s on Offer£18.00 per hourFlexible part-time working pattern (3 days per week)Friendly and ..... full job details .....
