This is an exciting time to join an award-winning business and a great opportunity for an experienced hands-on payroll administrator with a proactive approach to join a friendly team where you will genuinely make a difference.Part-Time Payroll Administrator - The Role:You''ll be working as part of a small payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager you will take responsibility for delivering a timely, accurate payroll function for the business. Duties will include:Responsible for all aspects of processing payrolls for hourly paid and salaried staff.Checking timesheets and variable pay are accurate, liaising with line managers with any queries.Timely processing of all payroll payments, including PAYE, Pension and NICsUpdating payroll information including starters, leavers, tax code notices, SSP, attachment of earnings, etc Undertaking Employer Payment Submissions to HMRC and processing paymentResponding to payroll queries or issues promptlySubmitting pension information, including processing opt out requests, voluntary contributions, etcRunning of monthly payroll reportsChecking expense claims, including validation and payment of claimsSupporting payroll and compliance, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficientlyPart-Time Payroll Administrator - The Rewards:Salary: £28,000 - £34,000pa pro rata based on experience and ..... full job details .....
