Client DetailsOur ClientNational retail occasion 10,000+ employeesHead office in Reading Hybrid working Fantastic close knit teamDescriptionPart Time Payroll (15 hours per week) Assist in processing payrolls across different pay cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)Input and check payroll data such as hours worked, overtime, and basic paySupport payroll runs by preparing information and carrying out basic checksHelp ensure employees are paid accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changesProcess basic updates such as address changes, bank details, and tax codesEnsure payroll documents are saved and organised correctlyRespond to basic payroll queries from employees (e.g., payslips, payments)Escalate more complex queries to senior team membersProvide a helpful and professional service to employeesProfilePart Time Payroll (15 hours per week) Basic knowledge of payroll processes or legislationExperience using payroll systems or ExcelInterest in developing a career in payroll (e.g., studying towards CIPP)Previous administrative or payroll experience (or a strong interest in payroll)Great attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skillsJob OfferPart Time Payroll (15 hours per week) Rolling contract (minimum ..... full job details .....
