You will be working as part of an experienced and collaborative team. This is primarily a customer service role, but may also involve a range of general support functions including, administration, contractor liaison, and support for ensuring that everything in this business unit runs smoothly. Key work areas include:Monitor the shared parking inbox; responding to car parking queries from the public, as well as internal general enquiries.
