Part-time Office Manager/PA
We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our client''s growing business on a part-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, offering support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.The hours can be relatively flexible spread across 5 days of the week or condensed to 3 full days. Job Title: Office Manager/Personal Assistant Location: Wokingham Salary: 35,000- 40,000 FTEType: Permanent, Part-Time Hours: 22.5 hours per weekResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinate meetings including sending out invites and preparing meeting roomsAttend meetings, take minutes and distribute notes in a timely mannerMonitor actions and ensure follow-ups are completedProvide any requested administrative support to the CEOOversee general facilities management and day-to-day office operationsEnsure health and safety compliance, including routine checks (e.g. fire safety equipment)Manage office supplies and maintain appropriate stock levelsAct as a key point of contact for office-related queriesOther adhoc responsibilities as requiredWhat we are looking for:Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyConfident communicator, both written and verbalInterpersonal skills with a proactive approach to workPrevious experience in a similar positionIf you are interested in this opportunity, please ..... full job details .....
