We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our client''s growing business on a part-time basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and offering support to the CEO as necessary.Job Title: Office ManagerLocation: Wokingham Salary: £35,000-£40,000 FTEType: Permanent, Part-TimeHours: 22.5 hours per weekThe hours can be relatively flexible spread across 5 days of the week or condensed to 3 full days. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinate meetings including sending out invites and preparing meeting roomsAttend meetings, take minutes and distribute notes in a timely mannerMonitor actions and ensure follow-ups are completedOversee general facilities management and day-to-day office operationsEnsure health and safety compliance, including routine checks (e.g. fire safety equipment)Manage office supplies and maintain appropriate stock levelsAct as a key point of contact for office-related queriesProvide any requested administrative support to the CEOOther ad hoc responsibilities as requiredWhat we are looking for:Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailPrevious experience with minute takingAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyConfident communicator, both written and verbalInterpersonal skills with a proactive approach to workPrevious experience in an Office Management positionIf you are interested in this ..... full job details .....
