Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Bristol – parking close by
Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (full time equivalent) pro rata

This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, detail-focused Administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy practice and helping to keep everything running like clockwork.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with colleagues across the practice and helping to ensure deadlines are met with confidence and calm.
Main Duties
• Keeping the practice running smoothly and prioritising workloads across the team
• Working with the accounts system, ensuring compliance and becoming a ‘super user’ to support the wider team
• Supporting clients with uploading documents and dealing with general queries
• Carrying out reception and filing duties
• Supporting with general office administration
About You
• Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional practice environment such as accountancy or legal
• Competent IT skills and confident using Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite and quick to pick up packages
• Naturally organised, detail-focused and dependable
• A clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team
• Able to manage priorities, stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
