Overview

We are recruiting for a bright, personable and highly efficient and organised Administrator to join our client''s very small company based in Marlow. Working alongside the MD at this friendly and successful electrical contracting company, you will be providing support to the MD whilst he is in and out of the office at client sites. You will often be in the office on your own, so it’s essential that you have lots of initiative and you are happy to work independently.Role

This role is part time with flexible hours (either 3 full days or 5 days spread over school hours).Responsibilities

Answering the phonesManage office correspondence, filing, and email inboxesMaintain project folders and ensure all paperwork is up to dateSubmit RAMS, insurance documents, and other compliance paperworkSet up new accountsKeep staff records, training certificates, and holidays up to dateSpeak to wholesalersChase credit notesHelp with document preparation (e.g., OandM manuals, quotations)Log and track project variations and invoicesGeneral day-to-day running of the office to support the MDSkills / Qualifications

Administration experience essentialBright, on the ball, with lots of initiativeHappy to work for a small company and often be in the office by yourselfSuperb communication skillsPositive, can-do attitudeGood IT skillsAttention to detail essentialPlease note that we will only contact candidates we assess as suitable for the positions we have available based on experience, training, and skills.
