Part Time Night Support Worker

Rix House is a large Residential Care Home that provides 24hr person centred support to 10 individuals with physical and Learning Disabilities. We endeavour to create positive family relationships offering a good circle of support. There is a strong focus on supporting individuals'' lives in a person centred way which includes various activities in the home and in the community, shopping, managing own budgets, going on holiday and cooking. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible. We currently have a long term plan to support individuals in their own homes (Supported Living) and we are working towards this goal. Due to this plan you will be asked to support in moving individuals to their own homes in the future. Training and Development We offer training to all those who want to develop their skills and competencies not just in the care sector but in other areas too.
