What you ll be doing: This is a newly created position, focused on delivering an outstanding client experience and contributing to the firm s growth. The role will involve: Analysing client reviews and identifying trends Gathering and using data to make recommendations to improve clients experience Researching and recommending a CRM and marketing database for the firm Managing search engine optimisation with external web agency Managing pay-per-click campaigns with PPC agency Day-to-day website management Producing monthly marketing and client insight dashboards Tracking website enquiries and conversion rates Monitoring external and internal referrals ..... full job details .....
