As a part Time Lettings Negotiator you will be joining a friendly professional team so must be able to multitask at all levels and keep accurate detailed records, good customer care techniques, good at being able to communicate with a wide variety of people both face to face, over the phone and via email, Industry experience is not essential although would be a strong advantage. £12.75 per hour Use of a fleet vehicle during working hours full clean driving licence essential There would be a minimum of two days a week required, these days will fall over Thursday, Friday and or Saturday. Opening hours 9:00am 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Saturday hours are 9:00am 3:00pm (we pay for a full day) Our client is looking for flexibility and there are potentially extra hours available.
