The role will develop players in the Junior Academy age groups 9s-14s, to ensure continual individual player development and ensure our coaching programme follows the Academy Performance Plan (APP.) Key Responsibilities: Delivery of high-level coaching sessions for Junior Academy players. Delivery of matchday duties for Junior Academy matchdays. Assist on Individual Leaning Plans for the Junior Academy players. Input on MDT within the Junior Academy programme. Input on the retain and release process for Junior Academy players Ensure Kitman Labs and other player records are kept up to date for Junior Academy players.
