This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels and creating innovative learning solutions that make a real impact.In this varied and rewarding role, you will design, develop and deliver a range of training programmes, helping colleagues maximise the benefits of business systems and technology. From one-to-one coaching and group workshops through to video guides, documentation and e-learning content, you''ll play a key role in driving learning and development across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver IT training to staff, including new starter inductions.Conduct one-to-one training sessions, both in person and remotely.Deliver departmental and group training workshops.Regularly visit office locations to provide floor-walking support and guidance.Arrange external training courses and venues where required.Develop, maintain and administer the company''s Learning Management System.
