Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, such as Linked In RecruiterScreen CV s and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate qualificationsConduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, gaining feedback and outcomes as when they have taken placeManage the offer negotiation process and assist in the onboarding process for successful candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking systemAssist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed What can KPI Recruiting offer you?
