As the business continues to expand, this role has real scope to develop and grow.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exitManage end-to-end recruitment and deliver a smooth onboarding experienceAct as the go-to for employee relations, supporting a positive and collaborative cultureEnsure HR policies and practices remain compliant and up to dateDrive performance management processes, including appraisals and development plansMonitor key metrics such as attendance, absence, and employee engagementIdentify training needs and implement development initiativesCoordinate staff events, benefits, and internal engagement activitiesMaintain employee structures and conduct exit interviewsAbout YouDegree qualified in HR or a related field4+ years'' experience in an HR Manager or similar standalone roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident ..... full job details .....
