New Forest Fresh Produce Business Permanent 30,000 - 35,000 DOEWe are partnering with an established fresh produce business based in the New Forest to recruit a Part-Time HR Manager (24 hours).This is an exciting new role offering the successful candidate a genuine opportunity to make their mark. With a clean slate to work from, you will have the chance to shape and develop the HR function, putting effective processes and procedures in place to support the business and its people.We are looking for someone with practical HR experience, ideally gained in a hands on, operational environment. You will be comfortable building an HR function from the ground up, managing day-to-day responsibilities independently and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day HR support: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide practical HR guidance across the business.Recruitment and onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities, arrange interviews, manage candidate records and support the onboarding of new starters.Employee documentation: Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring information is up to date and handled confidentially.Employee relations: Support managers with absence management, probation reviews and routine employee relations matters.Employee lifecycle: Coordinate all stages of the employee journey, ..... full job details .....
