Part-Time HR Manager
Part-Time HR Manager We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a Nottingham organisation on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams to deliver a comprehensive and generalist HR service. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, providing expert guidance across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and organisational change. You will ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day HR operationsAdvising managers on employee relations mattersSupporting recruitment and onboarding processesReviewing and implementing HR policies and proceduresOverseeing performance management and development initiativesEnsuring compliance with current employment legislationSupporting wider people strategy and culture initiatives The ideal candidate will have:Proven generalist HR experienceStrong knowledge of UK employment lawThe confidence to operate autonomouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred This role would suit an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible, part-time position within a supportive and collaborative environment.
