It s a varied standalone position for an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior generalist who enjoys taking ownership and providing practical support.What you ll be doingBe a trusted source of practical HR advice for managers and employees.Take ownership of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.Coach managers to build their confidence in handling people issues.Review and improve HR policies, procedures, contracts and employment documentation.Keep the business aligned with UK employment legislation and HR best practice.Manage day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records.Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning as the business grows.Develop the people processes and HR foundations that will support the company s future growth.What you ll bringExperience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.Strong employee relations knowledge and a practical approach to resolving issues.Good knowledge of UK employment ..... full job details .....
