This is a varied and hands-on position where you ll manage recruitment, safeguarding checks, employee relations, and HR compliance in line with UK employment law and statutory guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee HR operations, including contracts, personnel files, and compliance with employment law and safeguarding requirements.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising roles to onboarding new staff.Maintain accurate HR records and the Single Central Record (SCR).Provide professional HR advice on policies, performance, and employee relations.Monitor attendance and absence, including sickness management processes.Develop and update HR policies and ensure staff awareness.Coordinate staff training and development, including mandatory ..... full job details .....
