Part time HR Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator (PART TIME) to join a well established people focused organisation based in the Loughborough area.This is a pivotal role, acting as the primary HR contact at the Loughborough site for approx 150 employees. Reporting into the site Director, you will act as the first point of contact for HR onsite The RoleA busy, operational and hands-on HR position covering the full employee lifecycle, including:First point of contact for HR queriesStarters, leavers, onboarding, offboarding, inductions and probation managementEmployee relations, working closely with management on discplinaries, greivances, absence and performance issuesEnsure policies and procedures are updated and communicated to all employeesRecruitment, onboarding and induction, and management of external partnersWork closely with, support and develop Management capabilityHR data management and weekly reportingSupporting and leading in HR and engagement initiativesTraining coordination and working with external partnersTo be considered you will be an experienced HR professional, with strong communication and relationship skills, as you will manage and communicate with senior stakeholders across the business. You will be strong in employment law and be available to start quickly. This is a part time role of approx 30 hours a week!
