Part-Time HR Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator on behalf of our client based in Sittingbourne. This is a part-time opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to accommodate school hours.The role is initially offered on a temporary basis for approximately 2 months, with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable HR professional to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities:Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamMaintaining and updating employee records and HR systems with accuracyAssisting with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesManaging HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and correspondenceSupporting recruitment administration where requiredHandling employee queries in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring all work is carried out in line with data protection and confidentiality standardsSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in an HR administrative roleA strong all-rounder with the ability to quickly adapt and work independentlyHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident handling sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office and HR systemsAble to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectivelyIf you are a proactive and ..... full job details .....
