Location: Paulton, Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage the company''s appraisal system and coordinate performance reviews.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation.
  • Monitor and report on employee performance metrics like attendance and productivity.
  • Assist with disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

What We''re Looking For:

  • HR Experience: You must have relevant HR experience, although formal qualifications are not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Working Hours:
This role requires 20 hours of work per week, all office-based. While there is flexibility in scheduling-such as working longer hours across fewer days-availability on Mondays and Fridays is a must.
