As part of our dedicated housing provision for 16-24 year old''s based in Sutton in Ashfield, YMCA Robin Hood Group are looking for responsible, trustworthy and compassionate people to join our Support Housing team to oversee the smooth running of our building but also give our residents all the support and care they require. Our Housing Duty Workers are at the heart and soul of our housing team; being the first person most of our residents come into contact with; you will be there to support them with anything they need but also oversee the smooth running of the building in general. You will be share in our belief that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become. Being a Housing Duty Worker is one of the busiest and most varied roles in our service; you will cover everything from support work, incidents, administration, security, fire safety, cleaning support, and anything else that might crop up while you are on shift. With specific interest in supporting young people, you will enjoy variety, loves being busy and thrives off never being able to predict exactly what will happen that day!
