Bedmaker / HousekeeperLocation: CambridgeJob Type: Part-time, PermanentSalary: £26,227.50 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent)Working as part of a friendly and supportive housekeeping team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for students, Fellows, staff and visitors while ensuring the College''s accommodation is maintained to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare student bedrooms, guest accommodation, bathrooms and communal areas to an exceptional standard.Make beds and prepare rooms for arriving students, conference delegates and guests.Maintain offices, stairways, corridors and public spaces in accordance with cleaning schedules.Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.Report maintenance issues, damages and health and safety concerns promptly.Provide cover for colleagues during periods of annual leave or sickness where required.Work across different College sites when necessary.What We''re Looking ForWe''re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.Ideally you will have:Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (hotel, college or similar environment desirable).Excellent attention to detail.Good spoken and written English.A positive and professional attitude.The ability to work independently as well as within a team.Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends when required.Hours of WorkPart-time position.37.5 hours per week.Shifts between ..... full job details .....
