This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and thrives in a school setting, enhancing the learning experience for students.The role is required for 3 afternoons per week.Day-to-day of the role:Work closely with teachers to prepare and deliver instructional materials and lessons.Provide support to small groups and individual students to reinforce learning objectives.Assist in assessing the progress of students and report findings to the teacher.Help in developing educational materials that cater to the needs of students at different learning levels.Implement behavioural management strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment.Take on supervisory duties during the absence of the teacher, maintaining the structure and continuity of the classroom.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role, preferably at a higher level.Strong understanding of classroom activities and teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with students, teachers, and parents.Ability to work independently and collaboratively ..... full job details .....
